Gym Management

Task Description
Create a Proof of Concept solution to detect when multiple unauthorized people enter the gym using a single paid member's biometric access. The problem occurs when a paid gym member scans their biometric to enter, but additional non-paying people follow them through the door without their own scans. Build a working prototype that can automatically detect and flag such violations to help gym management prevent revenue loss from unauthorized access.

Available Infrastructure

• CCTV cameras installed at entry/exit points and inside the gym
• Biometric access system for members
• Member profile photos during joining

Acceptance Criteria

• POC includes comprehensive test data preparation (CCTV videos, biometric logs, member photos)
• POC can process test data to detect multiple entry violations where more people enter than biometric scans indicate
• Working prototype with basic reporting functionality
• Solution operational cost < 2000 Rs/month (including infra cost & solution specific expenses) with zero or less maintenance
• Technical documentation of approach and implementation
