**Task Description** Create a Proof of Concept solution to detect when multiple unauthorized people enter the gym using a single paid member's biometric access. The problem occurs when a paid gym member scans their biometric to enter, but additional non-paying people follow them through the door without their own scans. You need to analyze available data sources like CCTV footage, biometric access logs, and member photos to identify these suspicious access patterns. Build a working prototype that can automatically detect and flag such violations to help gym management prevent revenue loss from unauthorized access. **Available Infrastructure** - CCTV cameras installed at entry/exit points - Biometric access system for members - Member profile photos during joining **Acceptance Criteria** - POC includes comprehensive test data preparation (CCTV videos, biometric logs, member photos) - POC can process test data to detect multiple entry violations where more people enter than biometric scans indicate - Working prototype with basic reporting functionality - Solution operational cost < 2000 Rs/month (including infra cost & solution specific expenses) with zero or less maintenance - Technical documentation of approach and implementation
