Gym Management

Task Description
Create a Proof of Concept solution to monitor personal trainer activities and detect when trainers provide unauthorized extra services for personal fees, violating gym policies. The problem occurs when trainers extend session times or provide additional services beyond what members have officially paid for, collecting extra money directly from members. Build a working prototype that can automatically detect and flag these unauthorized activities to help gym management maintain fair service standards and prevent revenue leakage.

Available Infrastructure

• CCTV cameras installed at entry/exit points and inside the gym
• Biometric access system for members
• Member profile photos during joining
• Trainer schedules and member bookings (handled offline)

Acceptance Criteria

• POC includes comprehensive test data preparation (trainer logs, session records, member interactions)
• POC can process test data to detect trainer policy violations and unauthorized extra services
• Working prototype with basic reporting functionality
• Solution operational cost < 2000 Rs/month (including infra cost & solution specific expenses) with zero or less maintenance
• Technical documentation of approach and implementation
